Who We Serve

The Texas Center for the Visually Challenged (TCVC) was previously called the Texas Center for the Physically Impaired. Our new name more clearly reflects our mission to serve the needs of the visually challenged and their families.

We support individuals with visual impairments including persons with partial sight, low vision, legal blindness, and total blindness. If you are in doubt as to whether or not you qualify for our services, call or email us. We are here to serve.
